Every custom part starts with machine setup: programming the toolpath, fixturing the material, and calibrating to your tolerances. That cost is fixed whether we're machining one part or fifty. On a single one-off, you're covering the full setup cost yourself. Order five and it's split five ways — order fifty and it barely shows up in the per-part price. If you're prototyping, a one-off makes sense. But if you already know you'll want spares, a small run, or parts for a few builds, batching them into one order is where the real savings are.
We stand behind the quality of every part we machine and deliver. We don't offer an extended warranty — once a part is in use, its lifespan depends on how it's installed, loaded, and maintained, which is outside our control. But if what arrives isn't to spec or isn't right, we'll replace or refund it — no argument.

We review your part by hand and email a fixed price back, typically within 24 hours — no automated guesses.
